Enterprise Analysts are the pillars of our client engagement teams and you should expect to be an immediate contributor on strategic projects conducted for our clients. You will typically work on project teams consisting of one to three other team members. You will conduct research and analysis, develop insights and conclusions, and participate in client meetings where recommendations are presented and discussed. Projects typically last two weeks to 3 months each, with analysts usually working on one or two projects at a time.

 

The Opportunity

  • Gathering critical data to support underlying analyses through our proprietary analytics tool
  • Analyze complex datasets, produce presentation/reports for strategic engagement projects, and develop insights and recommendations for our clients
  • Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop unique and creative frameworks for solving new problems
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients
  • Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
  • Work with strategic teams at industry leading global corporations
  • Work closely with sales teams and principals to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities
  • Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product

 

Your Qualifications

  • Recent graduates with demonstrated strong strategic/analytical abilities, or 1-2 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consulting  
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience building and growing relationships with clients or customers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients and building trust-based relationships
  • Ability to rapidly learn new software tools and analytical techniques
  • A passion for new ways of looking at the world, and applying technology to do so
  • The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively
