Location: Bucharest (Goodyear GBS) 

Primary purpose

Supports the Global and EMEA Total Rewards Team through managing a number of corporate and EMEA compensation programs that provide the required TR infrastructure to countries, HRIS and HRSSC. Ensures compliance with compensation policies and processes. Ensures timely response to corporate reporting requests.

Principle duties & responsibilities

  • Coordination of EMEA compensation programs such as the annual payout and discretion process for the EMEA AIP non executive bonus (VCS). Supports the EMEA Reward & Recognition program.
  • Maintains in close collaboration with the TRBP, the EMEA grading and job title grids for all non executive positions. Ensure information is at all times up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support for EMEA the annual Merit cycle in collaboration with the Global compensation team through usage of the Compensation Module Tool. This includes coordination with the Global team and cascading down all related materials and communication in EMEA. Ensures and checks that all salary increases are within approved budget and reports out on request.
  • Develops Rate Ranges for all EMEA countries in line with guidelines. Coordinates with HRSSC completion of local salary surveys. Ensures that Rate Ranges for all countries are available in due time (annual/bi-annual review).
  • Ensures timely response to corporate reporting requests (CEO pay ratio, risk assessment report, pay equity dashboard, etc.). Manages the annual Chairman Award process with Global Executive Compensation Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • min. 5 years of experience in HR or Finance, with min. 2 years in a Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits position.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Financial acumen
  • Good communication & collaboration skills
  • High reliability and self-motivation
  • Compliance & confidentiality as it relates to the handling of compensation data
  • Demonstrated a high focus on details
  • Drive accountability and results
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is a must and SAP knowledge an asset
  • Experience working in a matrix organizations
