The Sales and Service Coordinator works closely with the Branch Manager to deliver strong customer sales and service, comply with operational policies and procedures, achieve branch sales goals and provide direction to branch employees. Sales and Service Coordinators also assist Branch Managers in interviewing, selecting and training new employees, determining pay and work hours, directing daily work, monitoring or implementing compliance measures, administering discipline, evaluating performance and advising on hiring and termination decisions. They also coordinate operational activities within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) assessments and operational audits. The Sales and Service Coordinator uses problem-solving techniques to handle customer and staff questions and concerns throughout the day, and recommends financial products and services to customers with warmth and care.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of experience in operations and/or human resources activities
