Job Description & Summary

As part of the team, you’ll research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assists our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately helps our clients enhance their deal value.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing fixed assets and real estate valuation models (Excel);
  • Carrying out analysis of financial and operational data, conducting industry research;
  • Report writing;
  • Real estate market monitoring;
  • Surveys in real estate and construction sector;
  • Maintaining fixed assets and real estate databases;
  • Preparation and supervision of marketing and presentation materials.

Knowledge and Education:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree desirably in real estate, construction or other technical specialty;
  • Minimum 1 of relevant experience in valuation, real estate consulting, real estate development or construction companies;
  • Understanding of fixed assets valuation methods and financial analysis;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Good writing skills in Russian;
  • Computer literacy, conversant with Microsoft Office (ability to write VBA codes will be an advantage)
  • Analytical skills (numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data)
  • Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
