First things first: What is this role about?:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements,
  • Assisting technical integration projects and providing valuable insight,
  • Aligning with new partners to understand their technical demands, clarifying the expectations and feasibility of the requests,
  • Aligning with the internal teams to deliver partner’s expectations,
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners,
  • Ensuring efficient communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline of the technology industry, preferably in Engineering,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management or a related role,
  • Familiarity or experience with technical integrations,
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly,
  • Familiarity, awareness, or strong working knowledge of development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS,
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum,
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, and solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable,
  • Strong personal organization skills, as well as prioritization and time management skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being comfortable working with different teams/stakeholders,
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English
