Digital Key Account Manager with Dutch and English languages

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the Customer Engagement Center.

C2/C1 level of Dutch language with B2 English language is a requirement – the assessment of the Dutch language is conducted by an external vendor.

Key areas of responsibility 

  • You will focus on B2B sales related topics and communication with the B2B customers/prospects.
  • You will be one of the first contacts for sales operations via phone and email channels for customer consultation and internal & external stakeholder communication
  • You will handle enquiries about products & services, appointments, manage dealer’s contact requests, requests for more information or any related support in the Customer Engagement Centre.
  • You will process product-related enquiries and, if required, conduct online product presentation.
  • You will be supporting B2B sales team in identifying potential new B2B prospects & customer.
  • You will be in constant contact and support Key Account Managers, International Key Account Managers, Fleet Specialists and Head of Fleet throughout the whole sales funnel process.
  • You will support sales efforts by preparing and organizing vehicle orders and following up purchase management with customers.
  • You will support sales and marketing efforts by generating qualified B2B leads and guiding B2B prospects through the sales process.
  • You will support selling products and services, order processing, as well as support Key Account Managers and Fleet Specialists with the order management process, in case needed, as well as delivery orchestration.
  • You will assist in attracting new customers and ensuring existing customers are supported at every step of their journey.
  • You will support Key Account Management team to conduct win & loss reviews based on opportunities, proposals and customer feedback.

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Target orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales, telesales and online sales.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Sales driven personality and feel for customer engagement.
  • Passion for Sales and Customer Engagement processes via multiple platforms - phone, email.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey a message both verbally and in written form.
  • An interest in or affinity with the automotive sector.
  • Working in an agile manner to switch between different tasks.
  • A desire to work in an evolving landscape where new ideas and innovation are always at the forefront of your activity.
  • Empathetic approach to each situation, ability to understand customer position and urge need to assist during the process.
  • Desire to grow and sharpen your skills to develop your role alongside the brand.
  • Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions.
  • Good use of IT systems and typing skills.
  • Ability to manage different tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Desire to provide excellence in all you do.
  • Affinity with CRM tools is a nice to have.

Work- and training hours:

  • Our Customer Engagement Center is open from Monday till Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, standard business hours.
