With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Leadership Development Partner to join our Learning Team. As a Leadership Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our leaders within the US region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs and initiatives that align with our organization's strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of leadership excellence, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving high performance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Program Design and Delivery:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess leadership development needs and design comprehensive programs that address those needs.
  • Develop engaging and impactful learning content, including curriculum, training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
  • Deliver leadership development programs using a variety of modalities, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and experiential learning activities.
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring support to high-potential leaders and emerging talents, helping them develop their leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and create individual development plans to identify areas for growth and guide leaders in achieving their development goals.
  • Use a strengths-based approach to leverage individual strengths and promote leadership effectiveness.

Leadership Assessment and Succession Planning:

  • Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to identify high-potential leaders and develop succession plans.
  • Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate leadership competencies and potential.
  • Analyze assessment data to identify skill gaps and create targeted development interventions.

Performance Management and Feedback:

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes to ensure alignment with leadership development objectives.
  • Train leaders and managers on providing constructive feedback, coaching, and performance improvement techniques.
  • Foster a feedback-rich culture that encourages ongoing learning and development.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives, collecting feedback and data to inform future enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development, integrating innovative approaches into program design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Team to contribute to the overall learning strategy and continuous improvement of learning programs.

What will you need to succeed in this role?:

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural organization is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of leadership development theories, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring leaders to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and succession planning processes.
