Job Title: Project Administrator

Job Summary

  • AtkinsRéalis Nuclear business is supporting new technologies in the nuclear market to create a more sustainable world.
  • Our team is looking to expand and has an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Framework and Project Management Office based in AtkinsRéalis GTC India. You will be part of a dynamic and small team that is closely supporting the AtkinsRéalis UK teams who deliver work to the client(s).
  • You will work as part of a small team, who manage mail inboxes and client contract portals ensuring that all requests for work are distributed. Ensuring bids are recorded and uploaded, following up with both the internal and external stakeholders, tracking all bid work. Ideally you will have knowledge of entering data into spreadsheets, updating records and some basic understanding of finances.
  • The role will ideally suit someone looking to develop into becoming a Project Administrator who will enjoy following processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of working practices and excels in completing high volume of repeating tasks. Minor tasks will be expected to be owned by the individual to be completed.
  • Requirements:
  • Candidates with qualifications in non-engineering fields such as B. Com, BBA, etc., as well as recent graduates in the early stages of their careers. (2 - 5 years of exp.)
  • Knowledge of entering data into spreadsheets.
  • Experience in using word processor, spreadsheets, and email (preferably Microsoft Office).
  • Able to work to challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to process volume of data.
  • Follow repeating tasks within set weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously, once trained.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership for tasks or document updates, once trained.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
  • Capable of managing time effectively and prioritising workload.
  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Taking data and entering onto spreadsheets, checking for accuracy, and missing information.
  • Monitoring client Contract Management Portal, including uploading and downloading documents for distribution. Creating general communications and following up requests.
  • Managing the team inbox(s) and actioning any requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Updating and tracking opportunities using the Client Relationship Management Tool (CRM).
  • Assisting Project and Framework Team in ensuring the processes from winning work, project delivery to project closure is followed according to client and Atkins requirements.
  • Checking internal and external reports are submitted on time, following up where necessary.
