  • Responsibilities. Responsible for preparing functional specifications and change control requests for software solutions, including design and configuration details. Test and document change control requests while providing guidance on design and configuration of complex software solutions using functional and technical expertise. Develop and conduct lifecycle mini- information technology (IT) project solutions. Deliver effective client communications and ticket management/resolution via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Modify subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack applications as well as identify, manage, and test SAP Note applications. Modify subsequent payroll configuration and testing activities arising out of client requests.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: SAP US Payroll and benefit Implementation; SAP US Payroll and benefit Configuration; SAP US Payroll and benefit Consulting; User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Executing SAP regression testing; Investigating and solutioning U.S. SAP payroll problems; Writing rules for U.S. SAP payroll schema, configuring features, and forms; Cloning of employee data using Data Sync Manager (DSM); Designing and configuring complex solutions; Developing and conducting lifecycle mini-project solutions; Delivering client communications and ticket management/resolution via CRM; Modifying subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack application; and Preparing functional specifications and change control requests, including design and configuration details.
