Position overview

The position manages and develops the company’s relationships with its debt investors and banking partners. This includes managing the strategy for investor outreach, assisting in development of the Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (PFS) banking group, and managing various events such as investor conferences, roadshows, and due diligence events. In addition to leading and managing various special projects, this role will oversee back-office operations (in service to company’s hedging and derivative execution strategies). Lastly, this position will assist in leading ESG and Sustainability initiatives for the Treasury and Capital Markets department.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with current and prospective investors in debt issuances. Investors include mutual funds, insurance companies, corporations, and government entities.
  • Develop strategies to determine frequency, priority, and type of investor outreach
  • Manage engagements in investor conferences, roadshows, due diligence meetings, and other investor/banker/rating agency touch points
  • Manage existing relationships with banking group and develop relationships with prospective banking partners
  • Act as a project manager on Treasury-related special projects as they arise
  • Manage back-office operations for derivative execution process including setting up derivative placement calls and downstream reconciliation processes
  • Assist in leading and managing ESG initiatives and strategy
  • Provide other analytical and ad hoc support on various organizational initiatives

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Masters of Business Administration is a plus.

Required Experience (Job and Industry):

  • 8 + years of related field experience.
  • 2 - 3+ years in investor relations. 

Preferred Experience (Job and Industry):

  • Experience with Bloomberg or other field related tools.
  • CTP/CPA/CFA certification(s) a plus but not required.

  • Interest Expense: $200- $250 million annually

Schedule/ Shift: Hybrid working environment based in Atlanta, Ga. Periodic travel within the U.S. and to Germany will be required.

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
