About the Role

As Strategy Director, you will identify and drive strategic projects, including looking at new markets, offerings, and business models. You will develop financial models to forecast revenue of new product initiatives. Presenting findings and analysis to Senior Management in support of proposed growth initiatives is also key to this role

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Driving the strategic agenda and projects across the business
  • Support the annual strategy planning process
  • Understanding changing customer needs and competitor developments
  • Assessing future growth opportunities aligned with business's strategic mission
  • Develop financial models to forecast revenue of new product or new market development initiatives for business case approval
  • Managing a KPI dashboard for the leadership team
  • Leading strategic M&A effort across the deal lifecycle from screening, target prioritization, to due diligence, and integration
  • Leading cross functional integration and divestiture activities
  • Presenting findings and analysis to Senior Leadership

Requirements

  • Have advanced strategy skills, with preferably a couple years of strategy consulting experience
  • Experience with M&A and Business Development
  • Possess MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical skills; ability to drive financial modeling
  • Advanced executive presentation skills
  • High level of drive, energy, along with a a collaborative approach
