Customer Support Specialist - Role Description:

Responsibilities:

This role will focus on supporting prospective members who join over 270,000 businesses around the world and utilise their membership to generate business growth through valuable referrals. These referrals are primarily facilitated through local meetings. You will be responsible for the successful conversion of prospective business owners to full members by sharing the benefits of a clients membership pre and post meetings.

  • You will develop relationships with business owners, communicate the benefits of becoming a Member.
  • You will be qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails and live chat, while adapting your sales pitch to suit the lead you are qualifying.
  • Identify business suitability by the skillful use of intuitive open questions, identifying customers’ needs, location and chapter needs to convert them to members
  • Work alongside business owners when integrating their businesses and answer their day-to-day questions regarding their membership
  • Maintain a high standard of quality.
  • You will capture required data and process through appropriate systems.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, by active involvement in regular training and retraining.
  • Working as part of a fun and dynamic team you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with your co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Shift hours are initially going to be Mon-Sun 2.00pm to 00:30am
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.

Skills, experience, qualifications and attributes required:

  • Minimum of 1 years Sales experience
  • Experience of building and nurturing prosperous business relationships with members
  • highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills,
  • Highly confident and professional manner 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this role, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong Internet to allow working from home (both upload and download)
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
