Summary:

As a Product Manager for Telesign adaptive routing technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to create a world-class customer interaction routing system that uses artificial intelligence to adapt to increase satisfaction and reduce fraud in e-commerce transactions by considering real-time factors like destination country, transaction fraud level, regional fraud signal, price, customer preference, and quality. Your role will involve collaborating with the omnichannel and digital identity product teams, conducting market research, and leveraging your expertise to develop this core technology component to establish an efficient orchestrated pathway for customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Support the development and introduction of Telesign products based on adaptive routing technology.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the adaptive routing technology as a foundation for Telesign's competitive differentiation.
  • Define the product roadmap and strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal stakeholder input.

Requirements Definition:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, considering factors like country-specific regulations, transaction fraud levels, pricing models, and quality standards.
  • Implement a commercial model that enables the engine to deliver different values based on the customer's business objective and end-customer behaviors.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and effective product development process.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats, staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Specific performance management tools that can provide internal and customer assessments of product performance and ensure compliance to Telesign’s artificial intelligence ethical standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing technical or professional services offerings in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of routing engines, transaction orchestration, and factors influencing routing decisions.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Identity, cybersecurity, or related industries, with knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Knoweldge of technologies and options in generative artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the telecommunications, customer experience, or security industry.
  • Strong understanding of routing engines, transaction orchestration, and factors influencing routing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional, agile development teams.
