Governance & Experience (GNE) at TikTok E-Commerce is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality and customer experience. We are looking for product managers to build the user rights product.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the TikTok user rights or benefits product, aiming to increase user shopping confidence and increase repurchase rate by establishing buyer loyalty.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve post transaction performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms. Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.
  • Be data driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal customer experience about the post transaction experience. Work with data scientists to design and build the dynamic monitoring mechanism as well as visualization. Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.
  • Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with operation, algorithm and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, membership, loyalty or customer experience improvement is preferred. Experience in consumer-facing products or client design will be a plus.
  • Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metric to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.
