Account Manager II

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management. You will support managers and directors with team leadership, EOS development, reporting, training, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and up-skilling team members to achieve common goals.
  • Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
  • Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of LN products.
  • Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
  • Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth.

Requirements

  • Have excellent Product (Print/Online), Domain and Market knowledge and experience of adopting new products.
  • Be able to become a role model, with positive influence within the team and wider business.
  • Be a solid consistent performer demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background.
  • Have experience working within a B2B sales environment and retaining and growing customers.
