THE POSITION
The Senior Director of Channel Operations Home Entertainment (HE) leads a team with the responsibility for the planning, implementation and ongoing management of Samsung’s HE presence across US retail. This includes how the Samsung brand appears in-store, how the indirect sales teams in retail advocate and represent our products and services, and how we maximize our partnerships with US retailers to achieve sellout goals, and drive success and growth.
This leader will work closely with internal stakeholders, as well as retail channel partners to drive brand preference and conversion across 5,000 stores in the US. Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the HE Channel Operations team within the Retail Division, including fulfillment, maintenance and upkeep, budget, reporting and schedule review. Accountable to both manage and lead change and improvement, and develop a high performing team aligned to the highest standards of planning and execution,
