What you will do:

  • Develop EPS energy saving and decarbonization projects opportunities by customer relationship management, promoting solutions, creating proposal, budgeting, contract negotiation, bid preparation, cost estimation.
  • Secure opportunities and receive orders from customer, meeting annual EPS business targets (ie. OI, margin, revenue, etc).
  • Create high performing sales teams in a diverse and agile environment.
  • Perform Business Development activities to ensure market relevance and local sales ennoblement.
  • Drive promotion activities together with MarCom to enhance market awareness of EPS.
