Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Overall Responsibilities

Support and handle the HR day to day operations including talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, talent management & development and other HR related activities.

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and conduct the first-round interview with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process including employment contract, P-file and written policy signing off for new employees, both online and onsite.

Compensation & Benefits / Operations

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment including salary, provident fund and income tax
  • Work with payroll vendor and the internal treasury team to resolve inquiries, generate financial reports and explaining discrepancies in monthly provision and actual payment
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as provident fund, medical and life insurance, retirement plans etc
  • Prepare all HR-related correspondence
  • Maintain employee leave records and ensure data accuracy based on Centric’s internal policies
  • Assist with internal and external HR operational audit

Talent Management and Development

  • Implement and administer performance evaluation processes
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Employee Relations

  • Support the management of employee relations and provide counseling to general employees in an environment of change
  • Support local employee programs such as the Employees Anniversary Program, Centric Cares Activities, Annual outings
  • Facilitate the exit process, including process review, informing all internal parties, explaining the final settlement, and monitoring the offboarding process
  • Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle related HR service to local onsite, including the income and employment certificate, as well as visa and work permit support for foreign staff with BIDA

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Fluent English ability, both written and oral
  • Working in multi-national company with HR job experience will be preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Problem solving, analytical skills, hands-on, detailed minded and sensitive to

numbers

  • Knowledge of employee relations, HR/legal/regulatory issues, and applicable laws
  • Good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
