Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance Project Manager.
In this role, the Finance Project Manager will report to the Director of Finance & Administration, Radiology. The Manager is responsible for overseeing of all financial and administrative grant activities (Post Award) for the department of Radiology. This includes, but is not limited to, management of Radiology Post Award staff, management of grant budgets for NIH, foundations, and other grant-awarding bodies, developing subcontract and consortium agreements, post-award responsibilities include the establishment of research accounts, personnel effort allocations, progress reports, regular financial statements for Principal Investigators and Vice-Chair. The Supervisor will also be responsible for monthly reporting, process improvement and training, will assist with annual department grant budget, and ad-hoc projects. Minimum of 4 years in Research Finance/Post Award and Bachelor Degree.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Management with special projects as needed and serve as the primary liaison with the Principal Investigators and Senior Management within Radiology.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience in a comparable position. Previous budgetary experience. Excellent communications and organizational skills.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.96 - $114,450.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
