Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job: 

Be the first point of contact for stake-holders e.g. accounting / CC owners on all financial data and help site controllers on a day-to-day basis. 

Contribute to monthly closing data, budget and forecast

Main Accountabilities: 

  • Ensure day to day SAP activities incl. master data maintain, cost missing weekly check, Capex WBS creation, cycle /PM& PO order settlement, material ledger & actual cost calculation, new work center creation & new cost center application and yearly MSC mark/ release in SAP system.
  • Establish, understand, and control the monthly reporting incl. cost center tracking with CC function heads, weekly review & R/O indication, accrual review with CC owners , inter-company charge check vs. BUD and confirmation, monthly reporting database consolidation with analysis. 
  • Enter the budget & RO data into the corporate financial tools and check the restitution timely.
  • Collect/track data consolidation Opex & Capex during LBE/BUD phase, 1st robust review/ check with CC head; Calculate material cost based on BOM & unit material cost from SC, 1st robust review/ check with SC planner to ensure accuracy of financial data in operational system for manufacturing controllers.
  • Co-ordinate or prepare supporting documentation to finance department for accruals, payment, tax authority topics with proper justification.
  • Support Site manufacturing controller co-ordinate or prepare supporting documentation to government for subsidy topics with accurate data.
  • Other tasks that assigned by Site manufacturing controller.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Studies-Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
  • 2-3 experience in finance accounting/ costing area 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Skills in accounting, finance and database
  • Knowledge in Office Suite (Excel, Power Point etc.) and ERP
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, courage, Honest, Team work spirit and could work under pressure.
  • Analytical capabilities / Flexibility 
  • Ability to present data clearly and efficiently
