Organize specific operational structure and ensure a consistent high standard of excellent performance from Operations employees, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement.
Highly understanding, effectively manage and control the key cost driver and key revenue driver of the contract in order to ensure revenue, cost and profitability meet or exceed the agreed target.
Review, analyse, and improve KPI Achievement, Accrual and other performance and then report to General Operational Manager.
Manage site operational performance in order to ensure that operation activities meet required standard, procedures and quality set out by the company, including but not limited to OCF policy, HSSE, Code of Conduct.
Highly understanding on the contract agreement in order to ensure contract is carried out as per agreed terms and conditions and ensure that all OCF rights are prevailed including but not limited to the rights on revenue.

Qualifications & Experience
Have min 7 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, candidate who have experience in 3PL Logistic & E-commerce is preferred.
Have bachelor’s degree in all major. Preferable from Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Technology/Management background
