PHP Full Stack Engineer ISV Expansion

About The Team: We are a dynamic development team passionate about creating innovative web applications using cutting-edge technologies.

As a Full-Stack PHP Developer, You will be part of a cross functioning team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the requirements and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop web applications and APIs using PHP, VueJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free software.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high traffic and large datasets.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to version control and release management processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and software development practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support to users when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and actively participate in Agile development methodologies.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack PHP Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony. (Phalcon framework is a plus)
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Experience with relational databases and non-relational databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, including writing optimized queries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud, and experience in implementing cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience in building APIs and integrating with third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern CI/CD development tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Previous experience with Laravel, Symphony, and Phalcon frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or personal coding projects.
  • Experience in mentoring junior developers.
