Munich Re’s department New and Green Tech combines generating innovative insurance solutions with enabling new businesses in the areas of renewable energies, AI and IoT. The team has local offices all around the globe and the head office in Munich. As business enabler, the unit not only provides tailored solutions shouldering the risk involved in new and green technologies, but also scales successful business models and is constantly on the lookout for emerging technologies and trends (e.g. green hydrogen), anticipates the risks associated with them and develops innovative solutions accordingly.

Your Job

  • Support the development of holistic, multi-channel marketing and sales approaches for defined products and markets together with the team
  • Create content for the different channels in close cooperation with our central Communications unit
  • Support the planning and execution of fairs, conferences and client meetings e.g. Intersolar Europe
  • Help to prepare, implement and document sales workshops and marketing trainings with/for colleagues and clients 

Your Profile

  • Current master's student with an above-average bachelor's degree and a keen interest in the fields of renewable energies and digitization
  • Initial practical experience with a start-up or in corporate business development, consulting or marketing
  • Sound understanding of marketing methodologies and agile working approaches
  • Creativity, openness, communication skills and eagerness to join an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
