The Talent Aquisiation Business Partner trainee, will be part of our internal Human Resources team that gives services to the division: Multinational Clients (MNC) and Bob Spain

1) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Telephone Interviews

Keep updated our internal databse updated

Directir Sourcing of candidates ( though different websites)

Perform Administartive Tasks

Participate in face to face interviews with the Talent Acquisiation Business Partner

Publish and Promote ADP Job offers

Follow up of interviews/feedbaacks

Settle interviews with Hiring Managers/ Directors/ Team Leads

  • 1. Experience/Skills:
    1.1. Previous experience in Human Resources will be highly benefitial.
    1.2. Advance level of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
    1.3. Advanced English is a must to be able to work successfully in person and in virtual environment
    1.4. High quality oriented person
    1.5. Open minded and willing to work in a multinational multicultural environment

2. Education:
2.1. Degree in:
2.1.1. Behavioral Sciences (Psychology, Pedagogy, etc.)
2.1.2. Labor Relations
2.1.3. Business
2.2. HR post grad is a plus.

It is mandatory to have an internship agreement with a University

We Offer:

– Full time Internship: 40hrs/per week ( Monday-Friday)
