Your next role as a Miracle Maker 

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Human Resources team as a Manager, Talent Management. As a Manager, Talent Management you’ll play a key role to partner with company wide leadership, HR leadership and other stakeholders to develop and manage talent projects and programs aligned to Maravai’s talent priorities. You will deep dive into Maravai’s talent development programs, discover and implement industry leading programs and execute on day-to-day operations.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve performance management, talent reviews and succession planning projects.
  • Partner with other Talent COE and HRBPs to build talent management programs to strengthen our talent pipeline, including but not exclusive to talent assessment, career pathing and other resources to strengthen leadership talent pools.
  • Develop and implement communication and change management strategies for assigned programs and projects.
  • Drive change adoption for Talent programs; continually seek to improve Talent programs
  • Synthesize workforce data from variety of sources to aid a data driven approach to talent management.
  • Identify gaps in in talent pools, pipelines, succession, and organization capability. Create actionable insights to improve talent development.
  • Prepare presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support development of strategic workforce planning framework, identification of critical roles and partner with data & analytics team to conduct analysis of workforce.
  • Establish metrics to track and report on state of talent, effectiveness of talent solutions and gauge business impact.
  • Apply data lens to improve organizational capabilities, talent assessment practices, and other talent management solutions as needed.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.

The skills and experience that you will bring: 

  • MA/MS or PhD (preferred) in Industrial Organizational Psychology or highly related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in HR and Talent or related field, with demonstrated experience leading organization wide talent management and/or organizational development.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to leverage data to continuously improve processes and create actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, effectively managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planner and project manager, with ability to lead organization-wide program design and implementation keeping employee/participant experience top of mind.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast paced, agile manner while also maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker who applies organizational understanding to advocate for continuous improvement to programs for achievement of strategy and enterprise goals.
  • Change management skillset and expertise.
  • Ability to influence and adapt style to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across different levels, with a strong orientation towards solutions and consultative techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to prepare executive level materials and presentations.
  • Deals well with ambiguity to take the unknown forward and knows when to ask for help.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $111,702.00 - $145,588.00. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation, and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
