The Hospital Patient Monitoring PMO Sustaining is responsible for the program and project management of the HPM projects to ensure that the important changes required in the existing portfolio are completed successfully.

Your role:

  • You have the overall responsibility and accountability for the project(s) result. You take decisions within the project together with your team. You know which decisions are overarching and must be taken by program lead, or category management or other stakeholder. You make clear proposals for the stakeholders and manage them. 
  • Responsible for managing product development initiatives for the MR Imaging Patient Care Project Portfolio.
  • Leading cross functional, cross organizational NPI and OEM projects that deliver solutions to the market
  • The project leadership comprises all I2M functions (product marketing, design, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, OPS, BMC marketing, etc), resource managers and business management. 
  • You are responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery of your projects. To achieve that he creates the smartest lean overall project plans, with clear development logic, and effective Daily Management and 3C escalation system.
  • You have a good understanding of medical documentation and registration requirements. Understand the intent of the procedures to tailor the project deliverables (for project efficiency and effectiveness) without compromising compliance or quality. Bases the plan on the required decisions and not just on deliverables.
  • You have a strong end to end background to help your team in identifying and solving risks and issues

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired + 5 years of experience in managing projects for physical product development
  • You have a bachelor or masters in a technical study (electronical, mechanical, software, biomedical engineering or equivalent)
  • Your skills include leadership skills to manage team dynamics. You are inspiring and able to drive the teams to high performance. You are good in change management. You have ability to manage senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
