You are responsible for

• Communication with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Order Processing and Order Management) if assistance is required from quoting process
• Provide assistance and support to OP/OM requests in order to complete the order
• Analyze and complete of new quote requests based on the service level agreement
• Collaborate with the Order Processing department to support on quote updates to make possible order bookings

You are a part of

The Imaging System Quoting team that supports sales area translating opportunities in customer facing documents for the business within Philips standards. You will be actively encouraged to make improvements, establish best in class service, and have a direct impact on our success.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• High School degree or Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; fluency in English
• Customer Service Oriented person
• Self-driven proactive, team player mindset
• Ability works independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
