About this Position:

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing Collections team. You will play a fundamental role in executing exciting initiatives around customer experience and revenue growth, while also helping to build a more robust process. In short, get ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in shaping our reputation as a world class customer experience organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate missing orders, damaged and late return cases; determine which customers need to be contacted and appropriate form of communication
  • Manage customer communication and relationship throughout collection process
  • Respond to customer inquiries on late fees due, billing issues and invoice requests
  • Process customer charges for all collection related scenarios
  • Partner with warehouse operations & retail teams on scan discrepancies, shipping issues and deactivation of units not returned

Position Requirements:

  • College Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in billing, collections or customer service
  • General computer proficiency
  • Highly articulate and comfortable communicating with customers
  • Able to maintain a high level of service awareness at all times and understand the strategic importance of customer service to our organization
  • Professional, enthusiastic and a team-player
  • Excited to multi‐task in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • A strategic problem solver, ready to proactively tackle projects
