Position Overview

A Mechanical Engineer responsible for design, creation and testing of new products, systems and services. This position is responsible for new product development. Engages cross-functionally with other engineering development teams to share design approaches, parts, and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of a continuous integration environment.
• Builds and fosters cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop robust banking ATM systems, using current and emerging technologies. 
• Responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining automation tools to reduce time and complexity of development tasks and operations. 
• Ensures team-wide application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management. 
• Collaborates with others to troubleshoot and resolve escalated production, integration or application issues.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree and or relevant experience, and combination of education
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in product development
• Experience with 3-D CAD design, preferred Siemens NX
• Experience with sheet metal design or Polymer part design 
• Experience working with and knowledge of creating and maintaining manufacturing BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM)
