We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control I to join our Pershing India services limited team. This role is in Chennai, TN/Pune, MH – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Engagement Manager/Delegate for all of Pershing EMEA's external third-party vendors
  • Assisting the UK engagement management manager to manage the third-party life cycle.
  • Organizing external-third party vendor service review meetings, documentation, and tracking 
  • Track and store to retrieve all third-party documentation as required. 
  • Have a clear understanding of third-party management BNYM policy requirements and ensuring all the requirements are met. 
  • Reporting and MI of Third-party engagements as required by the Business and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 8-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Third Party Governance roles, handling clients and stakeholders directly, preferably in experience in financial services.
  • Exposure to working on IRP (Inherent Risk profiles) management is preferred.
