Director of Broker + Real Estate Partnerships, US & Canada:

The Director is responsible for the business development and account management surrounding brokers and other real estate partners in the US+CAN who refer new members to WeWork. S/he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the company and globe. The Director of Broker and Real Estate Partnerships for US+CAN will also manage a regionalized team of Account Managers.  This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing department and be an integral part in the company’s lead generation.

Essential Duties:

  • Continue to build WeWork’s Broker and Real Estate Partnerships in the US + CAN.  
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for WeWork in the US + CAN, in collaboration with the VP, Global Head of Broker and Real Estate Partnerships and regional leadership.
  • Understand WeWork’s offering changes/enhancements with the ability to articulate it for potential partners and members.
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, member conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with our Community / Sales teams
  • Collaborate with Brand and Regional Marketing on the creation of program specific marketing materials
  • Support all regional Account Managers to ensure they are best equipped to drive maximum activity in each region
  • Be a key ambassador for WeWork Enterprise solutions and be able to articulate the depth and breadth of Enterprise
  • Provide strategic support to new building launches and pre sales efforts
  • Represent WeWork at events as an attendee, sponsor and speaker
  • Serve as leadership sponsor to large accounts and help drive key executive relationships
  • Strong thought leadership within the Global Sales and Real Estate teams
  • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years professional experience related to sales and / or sales management
  • Real estate experience is preferred

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of overachieving targets in a market leading organization
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of Sales team
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, with an established network
  • Proven track record working in a high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence; experience and comfort level working with C-level executives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and flexibility
  • process driven with the ability to see the ‘big picture’ but execute on the details
  • An operator who isn’t afraid to roll up her/his sleeves
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
  • Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Demonstrates a hustle attitude with persistent approach
  • Ability to both work collaboratively across functions and work independently
  • Proficiency with SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and presentation software.


  • The role will include frequent travel
