General Summary / 職務概要

The BI Analyst (Strategy & MKTsegment) will empower consumer strategy and marketing success by providing integrated insights and analysis captured through various data sources and market research. As a key counterpart of the Strategy & MKT department, he/she is expected to gain a clear understanding of consumer/ marketing strategies and coordinate and handle various ‘consumer-related data & insights to ensure consistency in priority, implications, and actions. At the same time contributes to the smooth operations of key business discussions including eMoM, MoM, Mid-term HOB, and other key business reviews

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

Close partnership with Strategy and MKT department & GBI team:

  • Identify, scope, and execute analysis that reflects the latest marketing and consumer strategies,
  • Designs relevant KPIs for a fair evaluation of key initiatives, deliver up to visualization (dashboarding) for key projects
  • Under the supervision of BI Manager, manage end-to-end learning plan from identification of business challenges/opportunities to results tracking. Obtain the latest insights from GBI team to strengthen analytics capabilities
  • Define innovative trending and modeling techniques to analyze data, build insights and drive process improvements by exploring various existing vs new data sources
  • Keep track of the latest macro economy and consumer behaviors, to identify any potential changes in business
  • Closely collaborate with GBI team to understand and analyze the total category, brand, and channel landscape.
  • Monitor competitor activities with periodic deep-dive analysis

Smooth operations of business discussions:

  • Coordinates inputs from various departments for key business discussions, including MoM, eMoM, Mid-term HOB, and key business reviews.
