Job Summary

Join our team in Cincinnati as a Graphic Designer! Medpace is a contract research organization (CRO) with a mission to advance new and better medical treatments that improve lives. As our creative services expand, we are seeking recent graduates and experienced designers who can bring a clinical study to life through branding and creative materials. 

As a Graphic Designer, you will be an integral member of the Information Design team—a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience.

Responsibilities

  • Design resonating brand identities and creative materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, handbooks) for clinical studies 
  • Collaborate across roles to visualize complex concepts, communicate tone, and achieve the client’s vision 
  • Provide design expertise to other areas of the company, including support for new business presentations, promotional materials, and digital assets for web and email

  • Embrace new projects, take ownership of creative work, and effectively manage internal communication 
  • Understand and apply fundamental design principles (layout, composition, typography, color)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital design, or related field 
  • Three or more years of professional graphic design experience. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office 
  • Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling visual designs and develop brand identities
