JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

• End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key projects of EPD Vietnam. The position is responsible for working with and/or leading cross-functional teams across the commercial divisions and support functions EPD Vietnam to execute strategic / substantial projects to ensure the business goal achievement vs. committed KPIs.
• Incorporate best practices in project management and act as point of contact for project reporting and regular updates.
• This role will report to General Manager and work very closely with him/her in daily basis

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed design of strategic / transformational initiatives and projects for EPD Vietnam, bringing in best practices and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design.
• Develop project scope and documentation to meet project deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across EPD Vietnam and its businesses – across commercial, operations, HR, finance and cross functions on critical Affiliate projects to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery of agreed actions.
• Track and closely follow up on the execution and delivery of project actions; ensure regular problem solving, tracking and de-bottlenecking. 
• Collaborate with task owners to map out project dependencies, risk identification and build mitigation plan.
• Ensure that project design and execution roadmaps are fully aligned with the senior leadership team of EPD Vietnam. Perform escalation of issues along with mitigating actions to relevant owners, sponsors and EPD senior leadership team members.
• Influence leadership team members on changes arising out of key project recommendations, with sound logic and supporting insights.
• Support GM EPD Vietnam on regularly benchmarking / analyzing competitive shifts impacting performance and health of EPD Vietnam and individual businesses. Keep important meetings minutes and circulate updates.
• Coordinate with cross functional team from both local to regional affiliate to perform regular business review presented to executive levels.

BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET REQUIRED

Work Experience:

• 8-10 years of total experience required
• Strategic project management experience is a must
• Pharma background or pharma experience and good connection with medical community is preferred
• Proven critical thinking, strategic thinking
• Solid skill set in creating executive presentation, data visualization and storytelling

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Preferably bachelor’s degree
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or higher internationally-recognized certification preferred
