JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Job Function:

Responsible for providing commercial services to improve Sales& Marketing capability and effectiveness, leading MCE/CLM initiatives and Managing SFE.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Oversee Resource optimization

  • Initiate, develop, facilitate approval process and implement RO to improve Span of Control, optimize # of MRs, increase coverage and be ready for new TA

Manage Sales force effectiveness

  • Track and monitor sales performance
  • Develop and recommend sales target and incentive scheme
  • Customer targeting and segmentation
  • Develop and maintain Sales dashboard and ETMS/CRM system (ARISE)
  • Develop call plan and product prioritization

Provide business intelligence

  • Analysis and comparison of internal sales data and external data (IMS/Ubist and other 2ndary data)
  • Macro analysis of business environment and pharma market
  • Lead and facilitate Pre-cycle meeting/Cycle meeting and SLT meeting

Improve FF capability

  • Launch and facilitate global training program (et. ACCELERATE, Propel7, iSell)
  • FF training thru on-line/off-line training and coaching call

Multi-channel engagement/CLM

  • Embed e-wizard system
  • Country MCE planning and implementation – SMS detailing, email campaign, remote call, webinar

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

Direct Reports: 1 Training manager, 1 Sr SFE Specialist and 1 Data analyst 

Position Accountability / Scope:

  • Manage/lead key cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence and productivity
  • Lead MCE/CLM to meet KPIs
  • Orchestrate / manage the process and execution of SFE plans within Brand teams

Minimum Education required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Major in Bioscience, medicine, business, and/or economics, MBA is preferred

Minimum Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 15+ years’ experience in pharma industry
  • 10+ years‘ experience in Commercial or business
  • Direct people leadership experience with effective interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, skillful communication, high-powered negotiation skills, strategic thinking and project management
  • Experience in presenting, data analysis and statistics, team work and communication
  • Good business acumen of Marketing & Sales and understanding of the industry
  • Should be proficient in both written and spoken English
