Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH in Hamburg is looking for a OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems within the Operations environment 
• Ensures that solutions are compliant, innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives. 
• Leads projects with cross-functional or broader scope. 
• Interacts effectively with employees, manager, and cross-functional peers. 
• Represents own team while on cross-functional project teams with other functional leaders.
• Communicates confidently and effectively with management, peers, and key stakeholders.
• Implements tactical solutions related to assignment. 
• Directly influences project direction and scope. 
• Collects, organizes and interprets statistical information to help Operations and other areas of the business use it to make decisions. 
• Gathers and scrutinizes data using specialist tools to generate information that helps others to reveal performance situations, and to make appropriate decisions.
• Identifies, analyzes and executes improvement initiatives
• Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Statistics or closely related discipline is required OR relevant combination of education or experience. 
• At least 2-5 years work experience in Data Analytics and Operations or related field experience
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferential
• Power BI
• Has a knowledge of data analysis methods and theoretical basis in statistics and informatics, and a skillset of using tools to retrieve data, consolidate data, analyze data and represent data according to the business needs.
• Excellent English and German communication skill
