The Opportunity

This position works out of our Livermore, California location in the Abbott Heart Failure Division in our Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.

As the Operations Supervisor of Professional Services, you’ll be leading the Professional Services Team. You will be responsible for forecasting, planning, driving results, meeting service level standards, as well as identifying continuous improvement activities to ensure the team is delivering with high productivity and quality.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Effectively supervises direct report(s), manages scheduling and monitors daily work flow.
  • Regularly evaluates individual performances.
  • Access and utilizes data systems to run reports, validate and complete projects as requested.
  • Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization.
  • Lends guidance as subject matter expertise to management team(s).
  • Responds in a timely manner to all escalated Professional Services issues.
  • Participates in the hiring process and reviews performance assessments, including corrective actions.
  • Participates in employee performance annual goals and development planning.
  • Demonstrates understanding and adheres to company policies, processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates/Bachelor Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of Management Experience

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work sitting down for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work with computer and multiple computer screens for extended periods of time.
  • No lifting over 10 pounds required without assistance.

The base pay for this position is

$82,100.00 – $164,100.00
