Boeing Digital and Systems Engineering team is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) based out of Everett, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a positive, forward thinking, and energetic team of technical and engineering professionals to help achieve our organizational objectives and supporting BCA Engineering Leadership focus areas.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Help the organization operate seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Promote operational excellence by managing the operating rhythm, logistics, planning and other key deliverables.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating key program meetings, managing action items and meeting minutes, and collecting, organizing, and developing data for use by the organization.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze data that enable the team to run the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, performance to plan information from various cross-functional teams, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and facilities requirements.
  • Monitor and track execution of plans while communicating status to executive leadership and project participants.
  • Facilitate numerous meetings including but not limited to weekly Business Plan Reviews (BPRs), Special Attention Meetings (SAMs), and cross-functional meetings. 
  • Develop executive level presentations for use with internal and external customers.
  • Develop, coordinate, and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Deliver informational or technical materials.
  • Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings and events with teams and customers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
  • 4+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 4+ years’ experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.
  • Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material.
  • 4+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Boeing Support Systems relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (level 3): $79,050 - $85,560

Summary pay range for Senior (level 4): $100,300 - $108,560
