What this job involves:

Provide procurement support

You will be the client’s trusted right hand on all procurement-related activities. You’ll do this by performing accurate and timely processing of requests, identify and escalate priority issues, follow-up where necessary, maintain up to date and accurate records / logs of productivity and documentation so that data maps correctly to reporting outputs

Where can request handling/processes be improved? How can we sure the quality of data we provide? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise. Also, part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

Do you have a prior experience as back end support, in BPO shared service, or in Real estate industry? Can manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and internal stakeholders? Has a good eye for detail? Has very good in Excel, analytical, and reporting? You are what we’re looking for!
