General Summary:

In this role, you'll work as a key team member in a fast-paced, high volume, fully automated retail distribution center. The ICC Supervisor is a first line manager supporting activities of the Quality and Inventory Control associates. They directly manage up to 15 non-exempt associates and plan, assign and direct work to their team to address and resolve real-time inventory issues to ensure the operations team meets quality standards. ICC supervisor will work with leadership and hourly associates to plan and set warehouse long-term slotting and picking strategies. They will partner with management to develop action plans that promote inventory accuracy through continuous process improvements, foster best practices and achieve the Distribution Center and Family Dollar initiatives and goals.
