2024 Wealth Management, Winter Partnering Strategy Analyst (4 months)

Job Description

• The dedicated analyst will systematically oversee the lifespan of referral data: from creation at the end-user point to reporting to the field and to senior management. 
• Support Partnering programs & strategies by developing key tracking and reporting including dashboard creation and improvement
• Produce monthly reporting package for senior management at WMC
• Design & implement enhancements to Tableau dashboards based on business needs
• Liaise with other analysts from Data Analytics (to source complementary data) and Business Reporting (to leverage existing reporting tools, e.g., Tableau)
• Time Allocation %
• 25% - Referral Reporting
• 25% - Referral data governance, restructure, organization
• 25% - Project management
• 25% - Analysis
• Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
• Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
