Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Senior Recruiter to join our TEAM that specializes in technical manufacturing and engineering recruiting. As the Senior Recruiter, we need someone who is able to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and close-out the hiring process.

Major Function and Scope

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and close-out the hiring process.
  • Contribute to consultative recruiting planning sessions with key stakeholders to establish expectations, and timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile
  • Develop a sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team
  • Passive recruitment - source, evaluate, and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking System/CRM, Internet Databases, Job Boards, and Social Media Platforms
  • Qualify candidates based on job requirements and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess knowledge and cultural fit.
  • Upon selection, recommend and extend offers to candidates, and work with the hiring manager, and HR Business Partner to review compensation data for offers.

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area, or equivalent training and experience which will provide a working knowledge of laws, regulations, practices and procedures in HR (ie. EEO, Affirmative Action legislation, etc.) as it relates to hiring practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), HRIS systems, and Internet recruiting techniques.
  • Professional, organized, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organization
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting and/or relevant Technical/Industry Experience
  • Must be well versed in Immigration Laws
  • Experience Recruiting across the org chart in a manufacturing environment
  • High Volume Recruiting expertise in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with Immigration related hiring
  • Advanced proficiency in ATS Systems (we use Employee Central) to successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics
  • Solid technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practices
  • Advanced knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Advanced communication skills
