The Role: Senior Client Solutions Advisor

The Grade/Level: (relevant for internal applicants only) 9

The Location: Remote Mexico

The main purpose of the role is to educate and support Americas based users of Accuris, previously S&P Global Engineering Solutions. As a Client Solutions Advisor within the Customer Education team your main duties are to provide support to customers after the sale and increase the customers' knowledge of the solutions through training and mentoring. You will also have an integral role to be the customer advocate internally, liaising closely with various internal teams such as Product Management. You will further have a chance to contribute to and lead various Customer Experience projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver training to internal and external customers of Accuris, both online and onsite
  • Provide customers with support and mentoring on Engineering workflows utilizing Accuris solutions
  • Present the value proposition of Accuris Solutions
  • Be a Customer Advocate internally, providing feedback to sales and product teams
  • Establish and sustain relationships with internal teams, such as Product Management, Customer Experience and Sales
  • Create and maintain training and support materials
  • Become an expert user of Accuris products

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in economics, engineering or related discipline and/or relevant experience
  • Relationship building and management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Highly articulate and confident presenting in front of larger crowds
  • Willingness to travel as needed (max. 25%)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese (mandatory)

The position reports to the Associate Director of Customer Education and is based remotely or onsite (Mexico City) in Mexico.
