The Role: Contract Negotiator
The Location: New York, NY or Charlottesville, VA or Raleigh, NC or Centennial CO
The Grade/Level: 9 (relevant to internal only)
The Team:
The Contract Negotiator will be a non-attorney member of the S&P Global Market Intelligence legal department. The SPGMI legal team is comprised of legal and non-legal professionals and supports, among other things, the division’s commercial organization, product development/technology functions and business management/leadership. The Contract Negotiator position is similar to a Senior Paralegal, Procurement or Legal Contract Specialist position.
The Impact:
The Contract Negotiator is engaged in the fast-paced area of client and vendor contracting, primarily tasked with negotiating and drafting contracts for SPGMI’s financial information and analytical products and services, such as web-based platforms, data feeds and software. You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting all clients with contract related inquiries that ultimately contribute to the finalization of the sales process.

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,300 to $133,100. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
