HR Reporting & Analytics Lead

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN – WORLD HEADQUARTERS - Hybrid

As a member of the global HR GBS team, the HR Reporting & Analytics Lead provides insight into the data and analytics measured by the HR GBS that allow for measurement of progress and performance over time as well as predicting future patterns and growth. Responsible for the oversight of the regional and Global HR GBS analytics dashboards. Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow analytics tools for HR GBS teams to provide support and develop reporting from systems

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Data and Analytics Management and Reporting
  • Develops data analytics dashboards for regional HR GBS in ServiceNow to measure progress, performance measurement and team management
  • Maintains and improves on KPIs and ensures that analytics are accurately representing measurement of the HR GBS organization
  • Creates and maintains for Global HR GBS Analytics Dashboard for global reporting on HR GBS analytics
  • Manages library of HR GBS reports and address needs and issues from HR GBS region leads
  • Provides support for HR GBS regional leaders and senior leadership on metrics reporting and analysis
  • Serves as SME for ServiceNow and SuccessFactors analytics tool, providing expertise and knowledge to regional leads and senior leadership around use of tools and data analysis
  • Develops strategy and approach for ensuring that data is up to date and accurate
  • Review and analyze current Service Management Protocol, provide a gap assessment by region and a recommended action plan
  • Predictive Analysis
  • Consistently analyzes the performance of the HR GBS organization through KPI analysis and adherence to aggressive performance SLAs
  • Analyzes trends and patterns in data to identify risks / issues and communicate reports to leadership
  • Develops business cases for new capital investments and presents to leadership as required
  • Provides financial management, opportunity analysis and ensures benefit realization for the HR GBS organization
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Makes recommendations on data reporting and analysis based on issues / risks as well as continual improvement mindset
  • Partners with HR GBS leadership to manage and continuously improve data management within technology systems
  • Partners with HR GBS Regional Leads to identify updates and improvements on regional data analytics dashboards
  • Analyzes data to develop and provide improvement plans through root cause analysis based on performance data inputs
  • Reviews and improves KPI and data analytics dashboards through feedback and need
  • Conducts regular assessment on end-user system behavior using search word and click trend analysis to guide optimization solutions
  • AI Exploration – identify opportunities for AI tools in partnership with ServiceNow capabilities (i.e., KBA content management, Virtual Chat, dynamic translations, etc.)
  • Identify, prioritize, and support RPA implementation for top projects to resolve key HR GBS pain points.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a data analysis / data management capacity
  • Experience in leading and managing internal and external teams
  • Experience working with data and analytics system design and maintenance, specifically ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with financial analytics / financial reporting
  • Knowledge of the local legal and regulatory requirements for of data reporting, compliance, especially relating to data risks and privacy
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow reporting tools, SuccessFactors analytics, and Power BI
  • Expert Level in Excel (Advanced Level preferred)
  • High subject matter expertise in data management, analysis and reporting best practices and technologies 
  • Ability to analyze processes and develop plans for improvement
  • Ability to foster relationships between organizational roles and across functions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver financial management, opportunity analysis and development of business cases
  • Consistently analyzes the performance of the Global HR GBS organization through KPI analysis and adherence to aggressive performance SLA's
  • Provides improvement plans through root cause analysis based on performance data inputs
