What you will do:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible to perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, general servicing activities and performing, to conducts routine communications with customers, address and meet customer’s needs, service team and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction, to inspect clients current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety, to able to perform and deal with Water Cooled Chillers and Air Cooled Chillers, is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression.

How you will do it:

  • Travel to customers residency in a timely and professional manner.
  • To perform installation, testing and commissioning, contract maintenance service, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning equipment in accordance with Installation Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Service Manuals, Work Instructions, good trade practices.
  • Diagnosing HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects. Adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety.
  • To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with instruction given. Upon completion, proper testing shall be carried out and relevant results shall be documented and submitted accordingly.
  • To always project and upkeep Company image in the industries.
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
  • To ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports and time sheets.
  • Participate in all technical training, guide, and train new technician in the on-job-training.
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.

What we look for:

  • High school diploma (Technical High School/SMK) or suitable equivalent.
  • Min 2 years commercial HVAC experience.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
