This position supports the Management, both Production, R&D and other, on site with HR related activities, it supports the HR team by managing and coordinating a wide range of support functions within Human Resources across the site and country.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Essential functions include, but not limited to:
  • General HR support to the management at site
  • Participate in the leadership teams for Production and R&D
  • Participating in HR teams, in country as well as company wide
  • Collaboration and communication with HR colleagues to ensure effective process and fair decisions
  • Coach and develop managers at site
  • Labor law advise to management
  • Union relationship and negotiations
  • Recruitment of temporary and blue collar employees
  • Recruitment of white collar employees with the support of internal Talent Acquisition team
  • Health and Safety project together with EHS, with focus on increased attendance
  • Regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Policy application and interpretation as well as updating.
  • Standardisation of policies/procedures.
  • Introduction (on boarding) activities for the site
  • HR communication (verbal and written)
  • Translations (English/Swedish)
  • Continuous Improvement projects

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

This position has the authority to enforce and carry out policies and to make recommendations to the HR Director. Policy disputes are referred to the HR Director for final resolution.

This position has the authority to coordinate travel activities and event planning within the established budget and procedures

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Formal Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.

Knowledge & Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years Human Resources experience. Experience from company with both white and blue collar employees. Experience from production environment and Matrix organizations.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated experience from general HR functions listed under the essential functions above as well as the ability to improve processes. Potential to develop to HR Manager for Sweden within 3 years.

Technical/skill Requirements:

Required:

  • A team player with the ability to take an active role when necessary Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Strong integrity and accountability. Strong computer skills with programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing. Must have ability to manage multiple projects/priorities with minimal direction.
