Licenses required: SIE, 7, 79 and 63 within 180 days of employment

Preferences: Fund Finance and Asset Backed Securities origination experience preferred

Job Description

  • Constructs and guides originating and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy or industry. Performs and utilizes complex financial analyses, due diligence and research related to capital markets transactions to manage and develop client relationships directly and as part of deal teams.
  • Partners with sales team, relationship managers, traders and other internal service partners to originate and structure fundamental capital markets solutions to our more complex clients.
  • Works with management and senior members of the team to identify and suggest appropriate solutions based on client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client relationships. Assumes increasing responsibility to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Works in support of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales, new business activity and customer support. Actively participates in the execution and leadership of these activities.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

Products and Services – Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Sales & Marketing – Knowledge of the strategies and operations for promoting the organization products, services and reputation; ability to develop and implement these strategies and operations.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $71,500 - $175,000

Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education

Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
