Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage the access requests from customers, tenants and their agents or appointed ASP’s.
  2. Coordinate\Resolve any access issues internally or with external partners as required.
  3. Manage the Space Request Applications (E.S.R’s) for all customers and tenants within agreed SLA’s.
  4. Coordinate with other functions within the Company such as Construction, Operations, Legals, Property, Finance, e.t.c. on the E.S.R’s and access processes.
  5. Update Database (TIMs) with all activities and provide reports and track progress on all programmes.
  6. Document Management – Manage documents supplied by 3rd parties for works in relation to Vantage Towers assets.
  7. Manage Risks & Issues Logs for risks and\or issues in relation to Vantage Towers assets.
  8. Create & maintain good working relationships with all site providers, customers & tenants and comply with all guidelines in the management of relationships.
  9. Provide up to date and timely accurate reporting to internal & external stakeholders as required.
  10. Coordinate 3rd party Engineering providers and collaborate with team members in Vantage Towers and that of the customers\tenants.
  11. Contribute as required to all projects and observe all necessary protocols e.g. reporting, confidentiality, data protection, e.t.c.
  12. Carry out all duties in accordance with systems, processes, policies and procedures e.g. performance management process, financial planning, management & control e.t.c.
  13. Other duties and task as will be required from time to time in performing and meeting Vantage Towers business requirements 

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Completion of tasks and requests within the assigned timelines for VT projects\programmes 
  2. Develop trusted relationships with all site providers, customers & tenants so ensure clear and smooth progress within the processes of VT projects.
  3. Contribution to Vantage Towers site & tenancy growth.
  4. Timely and Accurate record keeping and reporting to both internal management & external customers\partners within the agreed SLA’s.
  5. Contribution to Vantage Towers site & tenancy growth within each FY year.

Key Role Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Telecommunications environment.
  2. Excellent IT skills. 
  3. Highly Organised Individual 
  4. Strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills.
  5. Networking skills: Proven ability to create new relationships and build on existing relationship to drive new opportunities.
  6. Result driven: proven ability to focus on delivering on targets, meetings deadlines and producing results. 
  7. Self-management: Displays self-control, confidence and resilience. 
  8. Initiative: proven decision maker, displays sound judgement whilst thinking laterally and innovatively.
