We are looking for IT Service Desk Senior Manager who holds overall accountability for Service Desk and OfficeIT applications, ITIL Service Operation Process and Service/System Monitoring.
IT Service Desk Senior Manager should have a good understanding of ITIL processes to ensure the highest level of customer experience by supporting services to be reliable, available and performing well.
As IT Service Desk Senior Manager, you will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders such as application operation, infrastructure operation, solution development, OIT users, VF Global teams, contracted partners and product vendors.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
